The deal

Our client owns a large Buy to Let property in Norwich as part of their travel and hospitality business. Due to the global pandemic their business has taken a hit and they urgently needed some additional cash to support the cashflow of their business.

The challenge

The property is a high value, single dwelling, which a lot of lenders are currently avoiding due to potential impact on the values of these types of properties in the current climate. The client's industry, travel and hospitality, is currently one of the hardest hit and they were struggling to find lenders that would support them.

The outcome

BSE were able to complete the loan as quickly as possible and release funds for the client. The introducing broker Jim Whitcher from Charter HCP said:
